Product Distribution

In some cases, it may be that your product is not suitable for selling through a rep network. Your product may be more suited to a distribution network. Again TFMG has a wealth of experience in establishing product distribution.

Using our extensive distributor database we identify suitable companies that handle your type of product. We than negotiate with them on your behalf and appoint a few select distributors that we feel can best handle your products.

In some instances where you don't want to work directly with the distributors, TFMG will act as your importer and US sales division. We will inventory your products and ship to order to the distributors. We maintain sufficient inventory control to identify fast moving products and provide a next day shipment to your distribution network.

Your project manager maintains contact with the distribution channel and provides first line support and help. Together with the network they compile projected sales, inventory requirements , prepare co-op advertising budgets and review other essential day to day issues. This leaves you free to concentrate on manufacturing, and meeting the sales demand we create for your products.
